Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of coco powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • A sachet of baking powder


Separate the the egg white from the yolk and whisk egg whites till they're fluffy.
Mix 300 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar , a sachet of baking powder and 100 grams of coco powder into a big bowl.
Take 150 grams of butter and mix it with the egg yolks and milk.
Pour the egg whites and butter mixture into the flour mixture and stir until brown.
Grease the baking tray with butter and pour in the mixture.
Bake in the oven at 120 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
After remove to cool then enjoy.
