Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

For 4 persons
Prep Time:
  • 5 minutes for the baked potatoes
  • 10 Minutes for the herb sauce
  • 10 minutes for the skewers
Baking Time:
  • 15 minutes for the sauce
  • Ca. 0 minutes potatoes
  • chicken skewers
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 each, red, yellow and green pepper
  • 8 pieces garlic
  • a half bunch of any herbs
  • 1TS olive oil
  • salt, pepper
Prep time chicken skewers
  • Wash the chicken breast, cut it into big cubes and combine with oil herbs, pepper powder, salt and pepper
  • Let the meat steep for awhile.
  • In the meantime, cut the vegetables in as big ucbes as the meat
  • Put the vegetablees alternating with the meat on forr skewers and then pu the chicken vegetable skewers on a baking plate or you can also garnish it in a skillet, for 15 minutes by 180° in a preheated oven
  • You can also use portk or beef instead of chicken breast, and you can also put some onion pieces, and a rasher of bacon on the chicken-vegetables skewers.
