1. 4 normal sized potatoes
2. 2 eggs
3. Frying oil
4. Frying pan

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized fries.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan until boiling.
  3. Crack 2 eggs and mix it in a bowl.
  4. Insert the fries into the pan
  5. Wait until the fries become soft.
  6. Touch with a spatula to make sure they are soft.
  7. Add the egg mixture into the frying pan.
  8. Allow it to cook for a few minutes.
  9. Then flip it over with the spatula.
  10. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Put the chips mayai into a plate.
  12. If you want you can add ketchup or salt.
