Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 or 2 cups of chocolate chips


Procedure:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
In your electric mixer, mix the butter and the white and brown sugar at medium speed.
Add the salt, eggs and vanilla at low speed.
Mix for 1 minute, then add the flour and baking soda mixture.
Mix again and then add the chocolate chips.
Drop table spoon sized balls of dough on baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake from 8-10 minutes and let them cool for about 1-2 minutes.
It's a very simple recipe but the result is delicious.
