Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • salt(to taste)
  • pepper(to taste)

Procedure:

First Chop onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Put little oil in a pan, saute onions for a minute. Add tomatoes. Add salt and pepper(for taste). Whisk eggs and add to the onions and tomatoes and cook and stir till eggs are done. Put the mixture on one slice of bread and cover with another slice. At last put it in the sanwich maker and sanwiches are cooked and ready to eat.
