Fried Noodles

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

  • 1 portion of noodles (boiled spaghetti also works)
  • 1 big clove of garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 1/2 of a capsicum (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1/2 of a carrot (cut into thin short sticks)
  • 1/2 a Chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt
  • pepper
  1. Heat up the oil in the sauce pan
  2. Add garlic and shallot, stir until it smells nice
  3. add chicken, stir until chicken is cooked
  4. add vegetables and stit until it's cooked but still crunchy
  5. add egg
  6. stir until egg is cooked
  7. add noodle, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and salt
  8. finally stir until it is all mixed together

Note: You can change the type of meat and vegetables you use.
