Ginger Juice

Ingredients:


⅓ pounds of unpeeled ginger root.


1 ½ cups of water


    1. 4 large lemons (Juiced)
    2. 1 cup of white sugar
    3. 7 cups of water if needed
    4. 16 leaves of fresh mint leaves crushed


Procedure:


It should take 15 minutes to prepare, and 15 minutes make. Make sure to mix the sugar so it dissolves well into the water, this is a choice, but you could either garnish with mint leaves, or add a minty taste. If the drink is too minty/spicy, add some water to control the taste.
