Honey Cake (for the New Year)

  • 3 eggs
  • Glass of sugar
  • A pack of white flour (self rising)
  • Half glass of oil
  • Glass of black coffee
  • Glass of honey
  • Half spoon of baking soda.

Procedure:

Beat the eggs to a bowl.
Put the sugar into the bowl.
Mix the eggs with the sugar.
Pour white flour and oil to the bowl.
Pour the baking soda and the black coffee into the bowl.
Pour the honey into the bowl.
Now mix every thin well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Put the backing dish in the stove and check if the cake is ready by using a toothpick.

Wait half an hour and take the cake and put the cake into the fridge Wait an hour and take the cake from the fridge and start to eat the cake.
