Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

Ingredients:

Pouring the ingredients into the cooking dish.

  • 12 ounces of egg noodles (cooked slightly under done)
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 1 scant cup of granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs lightly scrambled
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1 small can of crushed pineapple drained
  • 4 crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup of crushed pecans
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

The Kugel before it is baked. Almost ready to eat!

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together noodles, butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour
cream, cottage cheese, and pinnapple
Pour in greased glass baking pan (even surface)
Mix together the grahm crackers, pecan, brown sugar, and cinnamin
Add on top of other ingrediants
Bake for 50 minutes
