Lemon Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • A cup of flour (120g)
  • A cup of sugar (120g)
  • One teaspoon baking powder,
  • 75 g butter


- Preheat oven to 180 ° C

- Take lemon peel and squeeze to get the juice.

- Separate the whites from the yolks and beat egg whites until stiff.

- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Then add the flour, baking powder, melted butter, lemon juice and lemon zest, stirring. Add the egg whites.

- Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
