Marble Cake

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.
Ingredients:
  • Flour (3 cups)
  • Sugar (2 cups)
  • Butter (3/4 cups)
  • Eggs (4)
  • Fresh juice orange or pineapple or yogurt natural or milk (1 cup)
  • Baking powder (2 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Coco powder (1 tablespoon)


Procedure:
First , beat 4 eggs and sugar together with electric beater till it becomes fluffy then add butter and again beat nicely, now addabove any liquid like juice or yogurt or milk again beat it now add slowly flour with baking powder and vanilla extract and againbeat it till the batter becomes light. Take out 4 tablespoon of batter and add 1 tablespoon of coco powder mix it well and keepaside. Before baking take
a bread baking cake pan grease it with little butter and
flour and now add first plain batter then add
the chocolate batter and again cover it up with plain batter. Now its ready to bake. Bake your cake for 45 minutes in 120 degree
Celsius. Regularly keep checking the cake with tooth picker when it comes out clean that means your cake is ready to take out.
Put the cake on rake for cooling n cover it with kitchen towel, when its cool cut the cake like a bread slice and you will see in-
between the chocolate surrounded by vanilla cake which will look like marble, that's why it is called marble cake.
