Mushroom Soup

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 300 grams of 3 kinds of fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 liter of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 spoons of vegetable oil


Heal the oil and throw in the onions and the garlic, heating until golden brown.
Put in the mushrooms and milk; stir well and add the salt and pepper.
Heat until just to the boil, lower teh heat, and warm and extra 10 minutes.

Delicious when served with garlic bread.
