U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • Carrot (chopped )
  • Peas
  • 1 table spoon of oil
  • 1/2 table spoon of sweet soya sauce
  • 1/2 table spoon of oyster sauce
  • Cooked rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 of an onion (chopped)


1.Put the oil in the pan and once it is hot put garlic and onion.
2. Saute until it smells nice
3.Put vegetables and let it cook
4. Put rice
5.Mix well
6.Put the sauce
7.Stir until everything is mixed and the rice is warm

Fun Fact:
You do NOT need to add everything in the recipe you may add different things. For example egg, beef, chicken, etc...
