Materials
450 g flour
½ cube of yeast
⅕ liter of water
1 teaspoon of salt
10 grams of butter
3 spoons of olive oil
Thermal mixer
P.S A thermal mixer is a mixer with many added features to it. Ex. cutters four different mixing speeds and freezing features.
Toppings



Procedure
1.water, olive oil, and salt in a thermal mixer
2.leave it inside for 3 minutes on minimum stage 37 degrees celsius
3.add yeast
4.mix it for 5 sec on maximum stage to mix it
5.add flour
6.mix it for 1 min and 30 sec
7.form it tp pizza form(round or rectanle depending on kitchen materials)

8.add toppings(including tomato sauce)

9.put it in the oven on 50 degrees celsius with convection
10.leave it near a warm place for 20 minutes
