Potato Gratin

  • 3 large Idaho potatoes, washed and sliced very thin
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded gorse cheese


Run the butter and the garlic on all sides of an oval gratin dish or 9x12 pyrex baking dish.Layer the potato slices.Pour over cream and top with cheese.Bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
