Potatoes and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams potatoes, peeled and in thin slices
  • 300 grams salt
  • cut broccoli, in rose shape divided
  • margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • grated hard cheese
  • pepper fresh ground

Procedure:

Put the potatoes in boiling water with salt for approximately 5 minutes to cook.
Strain off the water.
Cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt for approximately 3 mintes.
Strain the vegetables.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the slices of potato along the bottom and edges of a casserole and put the broccoli in the middle. Beat the eggs separately and add cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and the broccolli. Place the casserole in the middle of the oven for approximately 30 minutes until all brown and ready.
