Praline Strips

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

Ingredients:

  • 24 graham crackers
  • 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

Procedure:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
Place crackers on a baking sheet.
Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil in a sausepan: then boil for EXACTLY 3 minutes.
Add pecans in the butter and brown sugar and spread them over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
While warm cut the crackers in half: remove from sheet.

Makes 4 dozen.
