Tworozhenniki

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

Ingredients:Tworozhenniki.jpeg

  • 1 package of Farmer's cheese (1 pound/453 grams)
  • The same value of flour (1 pound/453 grams)
  • Sugar to taste

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Form small Shperes and flatten them on a warmed up buttered frying pan.
When the Tworozhenniki turn golden, turn them over and wait until they become golden on the other side.

Serve hot or cold. If so desired, add a dollop of sour cream, whipped cream, or preserves.
