1 garlic clove
Three tablespoons of olive oil
100g brown rice
250ml vegetable stock
300g vegetables (carrots, broccoli, paprika, corn, pea)
Preparation time for two people: 40 minutes
Cut one half of the onion and the garlic and put it in a large pan. Heat oil on medium-high heat.
Add onion and rice, stir and infuse with the vegetable stock and steam for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut the other half of the onion and the vegetables in cubics.
Cook the onion cubics with oil until soft. Then add all the vegetables and steam for five minutes.
Mix all the vegetables with the rice and finish with spices and herbage.
You can also add mushrooms, meat or fish.
