It was created as a part of a project created by teacher: Katherine Zablatnik, in Austria. The students needed to come up with a recipe which would feed 4 people for 1 Euro or less!

Conversion Table U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • bit of salt

Inspired by the above video....

Made in Chicagoland. It's very American here. The paella pan is from Spain, the cheese is an aged cheddar from England, and the bread crumbs are Japanese. The recipe is from Austria and the dish is sprinkled with crumbs as in my Hungarian
recipe. It is run under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the crumbs.
